To protect the park, keep yourself safe, and allow everyone to enjoy their views of these geological formations, do not walk or climb on any arches. This view arises not out of indifference nor apathy, but from a consideration of the uncertain benefits of stabilization, of the very real possibility that more harm than benefit may be done, and in the knowledge that Delicate Arch is "in extremis", its collapse only deferred by the efforts of man. The arch is hidden from view until the very end of the trail. If youve never seen it in person, some of these things may surprise you.
